"So You Want to Speak" Course Agreement

Agreement Overview:

The Client desires to engage the services of the Consultant (or the "So You Want to Speak" course provided by Izymu, Inc.) for professional speaking training and development. This agreement covers the provision of guidance, support, and instructional content to help the Client advance their career in professional speaking.

Scope of Services:

The Consultant provides a structured course and advice on building a career in professional speaking. The Client acknowledges and understands the following:

  • The course content is a guideline and not a guarantee of success in professional speaking.
  • The Consultant offers guidance based on their expertise and experience but makes no claims or promises regarding the feasibility or success of becoming a professional speaker.
  • The Client is solely responsible for their commitment, effort, and any results or lack thereof from participating in the course.

Lifetime Access:

This Agreement grants the Client lifetime access to the "So You Want to Speak" course. This access is exclusive to the purchased course and does not include any additional products or services. The Consultant may offer similar courses with different features, but this agreement pertains only to the "So You Want to Speak" course.

Confidentiality:

Both parties understand that sensitive and proprietary information may be exchanged during the course. The Consultant agrees to:

  • Use the Confidential Information solely for fulfilling the obligations outlined in this agreement.
  • Not disclose, reproduce, distribute, or make available the Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Client, except as required for the performance of the services.
  • Take all reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information and prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Exclusions:

The obligations of confidentiality shall not apply to information that:

  • Was already known to the Consultant before its disclosure by the Client.
  • Becomes publicly available through no fault of the Consultant.
  • Is independently developed by the Consultant without reference to the Confidential Information.
  • Is required to be disclosed by law, regulation, or court order, provided that the Consultant gives the Client prompt notice of such requirement.

The obligations of confidentiality shall survive the termination or completion of this engagement and shall continue for one year from the date of termination.

No Claims or Guarantees:

The Consultant makes no claims or guarantees regarding outcomes or successes as a result of this course. The Client’s progress and success depend on their personal effort and commitment.

Payments:

The Client agrees to pay the Consultant the full fee for the services outlined in this agreement before any work begins. No refunds or discounts are offered if a lower price becomes available at a later date. The payment is non-refundable.

Disclaimers:

This Agreement is not a substitute for legal, financial, or medical advice. The Consultant is not liable for decisions made by the Client based on sessions or any other materials provided.

Indemnification:

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Consultant harmless from any claims arising from their use of the services provided under this Agreement.

Use of Course Material:

Any use, repurposing, or sale of the course material without the Consultant's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Consultant and the Client, superseding any prior agreements or discussions. By clicking the agree button below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms of this "So You Want to Speak" Course Agreement.

Hold Harmless:

The Client agrees to hold the Consultant harmless for any damages that may result from their participation in the course.
