Monthly Membership Agreement

Agreement Overview:

The Client wishes to engage the services of the Consultant (Izymu, Inc.) under a monthly membership that provides access to the professional development courses "So You Want to Speak" and "So You Want to Podcast." This agreement outlines the terms under which the Consultant will provide access to these courses and additional support through office hours.

Scope of Services:

Under this monthly membership, the Consultant agrees to provide the Client with the following services:

• Course Access: The Client will have unlimited access to the courses "So You Want to Speak" and "So You Want to Podcast" for as long as they maintain their membership status.
• Office Hours: The Client is entitled to participate in office hours with Ryan Vet for at least one hour monthly. These sessions are group sessions and are designed to provide general support and guidance related to the courses.

Exclusions:

• The membership does not include one-on-one coaching or consulting services.
• The membership does not include the design of a speaker packet.
• The membership does not grant lifetime access to any courses. Access is limited to the duration of the active membership.

Payments:

• The Client agrees to pay the monthly membership fee as stated at the time of enrollment. This fee is due monthly on the date of the initial registration and will continue to be billed automatically until the membership is canceled.
• All payments are non-refundable, and services provided under this membership are solely for the duration of the membership.

Membership Cancellation:

• The Client may cancel their membership at any time. However, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period, and no refunds will be issued for any remaining days in the membership cycle.

Confidentiality:

Both parties recognize that during the membership, proprietary and sensitive information may be shared. The Consultant commits to:

• Use confidential information solely to fulfill the obligations of this agreement.
• Not disclose any confidential details to third parties without prior written consent, except as required to deliver the services.
• Protect all confidential information from unauthorized use, access, or disclosure.

No Claims or Guarantees:

• The Consultant provides resources and support through the membership but does not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in the courses or office hours.
• Success and results depend on the Client's personal effort and application of the course material.

Indemnification:

• The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Consultant harmless from any claims resulting from their use of the services provided under this membership.

Use of Course Material:

• Any unauthorized use, repurposing, or sale of course materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of the membership and legal action.

Entire Agreement:

• This document represents the complete agreement between the Consultant and the Client, superseding any previous agreements or discussions. By enrolling in the membership, both parties agree to the terms outlined herein.

Hold Harmless:

• The Client agrees to hold the Consultant harmless for any damages that may result from their participation in the membership.
